Depending on Family History and where on earth child is sweating, if the child is sweating profusely in the hand & feet, it could by hyperhydrosis which is usually corrected next in enthusiasm by doctor.
Hyperhidrosis can be caused by food allergies, or a mineral/vitamin less.

I had hyperhidrosis (and a few other symptoms) for tons years and went through adjectives the usual treatments including anticholinergic prescription drugs, antiperspirants, botox, and ETS surgery. The surgery was most beneficial but several years later hyperhidrosis begin to return.
Years later I be diagnosed with celiac disease, along beside a few food allergies. I eliminated wheat, dairy, and sugar from my diet and stopped adjectives prescriptions. I began taking supplements:
- Vitamin B complex, 50mg of every B vitamin plus Folic Acid
- Mineral complex, contains Magnesium, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, etc.
