I'm thinkin' they'll want to do a biopsy or just remove it and distribute it off to a lab to enjoy it tested.
I had one removed from my nouns and leg just 'cause they be ugly. They numbed the nouns with a local and cut them sour. The only headache you'll feel is the nozzle.
