some diet pills and uppers do this too.
It can be as simply as allergies, or as bad as go before trauma. Also drugs can also dilate pupils.
Obviously, drugs can cause this, more than ever opioids. Some meds can cause this, too. Other cause of mydriasis are glaucoma, Adie's tonic pupil, congenital mydriasis and nerve palsy. There are more cause as well. If it bothers you or cause discomfort, see an ophthalmologist.
the key cause for dilated pupils are head injury possibly a stroke or brain tumor it can also be burdened induces with medication such as anaesthetic or muscle relaxant. the eye pupil should react to wishy-washy if you have a headache see a doctor without beating about the bush. i would see a doctor anyway because it isn't normal. sorry if it is rigorous but better be safe than sorry.
