What are the white little spots within our fingernails surrounded by the middle?

i heard some race say it's because of nouns of calcuim.. is that true? What are the white little spots within our fingernails surrounded by the middle?
yes its true, they are called calcum deposits... if this have happened to you,, merely drink more milk. they will fade over time
zinc deficiency cause the white spots.
If you're talking almost the white, half-moon shape at the base of your fastener, this is called the matrix of the pin. Aside from that, white dots that occasionally appear are calcium deposits, not lack of calcium. My grandma would articulate that liars get these dots when they update lies.
i once heard that it be air bubbles trapped between the staple and the skin.
