What can bring your breast bone to crack? (other than an injury)?

Is it something that should be taken serious even if it only cracks once contained by awhile?What can bring your breast bone to crack? (other than an injury)?
Im a guy, i dunno if that matters, but my chest bone pops contained by the middle everyday... just close to if i were to crack my backbone

my sternum just started cracking a couple weeks ago too. is it similar to when you crack your knuckle kinda? except it happens capriciously? because i would really like to know whats going on next to that too..
CPR counts as trauma. I think dying might stick out surrounded by your mind as a likely exact, though. Is it truly fractured? Or do you get a crcking sensation here? Rib fractures can occur from thorny coughing if you've had pneumonia or the close to. Which is also trauma. See a doctor.
