the website that be given does not only vote that the spots are air pockets. it say that it can be multipule things. the most commen cause is not calcium deficiancy, but calcuim depostis because you enjoy a lot of calcuim within your diet. that or it is a bruise from hitting your finger in days gone by 8 months
