What can I do almost my vertebrae dull pain?

I have be having put money on pain, anyone enjoy a good suggestion as to what I can achieve from maybe walmart or Walgreens that would aid surrounded by this problem? Im thinking something along the line of soaking etc.What can I do almost my vertebrae dull pain?
