What color is your urine when you are getting plenty marine?
Your urine should have a slight yellowish color. If it is clear, after that can mean you are any OVERLY hydrated (which isn't a bad article necessarily) or you are getting just satisfactory water. If it is on the other cessation of the yellow size (to the point of a yellowish rust), that means you are massively close if not already to the plane of dehydration. I know you didn't ask for the later of the two, BUT only figured you should know the other catalogue as well.
Clear or buoyant yellow contained by color.
very wispy yellow to clear unless you are on meds...consequently it may still be a little pale.

clear.. when I did 30 hour famine and only drank loooots of hose down... I peed every 30 minutes, and you couldn't even tell if I have peed in the toilet, everything be the same colour!
