What are unequal pupils a sign of?
stroke, brain hemorrhage, head injury, drug use, injured eye... stipulation to know more of the circumstances of why the eyes are unequal (what happened)

it could be a sign of a concussion, did u hit ur head?
if you denote one is more dilated than the other, then it could anticipate that one of your eyes is not focused enough (if it is discouraging to see through that eye, it might require glasses)
it could be a sign of anything, sometimes injury to the head:
concussions, seizure, or even just staring at a floor joist of light too long next to one eye.

6] mess up to optic chiasm
It may be a sign of brain injury.
It represents a unilateral lesion in the brain steam or contained by some of the nerves that innervate the eye. But definitely should be evaluated.
