What are some moral ways to sleep better at dark?

I have the worst trouble sleeping at dark. I toss and turn for hours before finally falling asleep. own any good accepted wisdom to help me? I'm 15 so... spawn sure your ideas walk with my age. Thanks.What are some moral ways to sleep better at dark?
I know that if you exercise 45 min a daylight you fall asleep 15 min faster. Your body will want to regroup itself, bring more active, cut out caffeine after 5 or 6 and see if that help. Try a new pillow, they're $5 at walmart, your parents will prob spring for it. Or at least possible trade you. Try that. Maybe a heavier comforter. I bout a Nautica comforter that overall weighted more than my old one. The first dark I had it be the best night sleep i own ever had. I mull over the weight go back to when you be a baby.
Are you have comfort problems or you can't turn your brain off? I am newly about 30 and I read Archie comics since bed so I am relaxed and only worried almost what to where the Riverdale big tomorrow.
It would be a good impression to limit caffeine drinks as ably as fast food close to bed time. Turn sour the tv and read a good book.
