if it is internal bleeding the being will immediately discern it, they may feel headache, roughly speaking to pass out, can't stand still, lose their concious, can't reach a deal or walk, can't move their bodies
the signs will be immensely self evident
When blood is coming from the leader.
If you mean internal. Then will resemble concussion symptoms.
A closed principal injury or bleed- you may have a headache, dizziness, nausea, loss of stability or mental changes. Severe chief bleed- unconcious, not breathing, leading to cardiac arrest.
