Bone marrow is another organ(?) that can be donated to treat various blood cancer and sometimes after chemotherapy for other malignancies. In some cases, mother's hip bone is used as a source of bone for grafting within little children, since they do not have passable bone stock

You can donate any and adjectives of them while you are alive and this would alleviate the need to be on go support but when they are done harvesting those organs you will be inert.

You can donate part of your liver,one kidney and believe it or not,skin is also considered to be an organ and should you prove to be a correct donor for donating skin you can also do that.
Many times,people attain skin grafts from different parts of their own bodies to cover burns etc but contained by very extreme and scarce cases you could donate skin to help possibly a matching ancestral member.
