I thought it would be important to start a common question around being natural. Everyone post 5 different ways to be healthier (physically, mentally, spiritually). Let's see how long this go!
The rules are:
- You can only post 5 things.
- They hold to be original (don't write what's already be written).
- They can only be positve, in shape things.
- You may add descriptions if you want.
- Have fun!
I'll start:
1) Don't smoke
2) Eat lots of fruit
3) Run a mile or more
4) Read books
5) Consume plenty of dietary fiber.
Why? Because Health = Happiness.What are 5 ways to be nourishing?
1.Eat breakfast every morning
2.Sleep and rouse at the same time every light of day
3.Swim
4.Keep a diary/journal
5.Keep positive thoughts in your mind
1. Increase your vegetables
2. Drink at smallest 6 -8ozs of water day after day
3. Exercise 30 minutes a day
4. Cut portions contained by half, so you keep hold of on the diet
5. Avoid diet pills and fad diet books
Why? so you don't enjoy to go to the doctors!

3)No alcohol
4)Stay cheery
5)Keep yourself clean
