What is the max heat you should expect to work contained by a retail enviroment ??

The air conditioning have broken in our shop and the staff are underneath alot of pressure to keep working lacking regular cool drin ks. Staff are finding it v.difficult to cope with the bake which is stifling and customers have complained. What is the officially recognized max temp before it become a health + safekeeping issue ?? HOT AND BOTHERED !!What is the max heat you should expect to work contained by a retail enviroment ??

I am not sure if at hand is a legal max temp, but most states enjoy a standard for working conditions, so you might want to check with the workforce commission.
If the retail location is contained by a shopping center you could make an anonymous complaint to the tenant. Most rented locations are under a contractual requisite to keep things approaching air-conditioning units surrounded by working order.
