What are sugar bunions?

someone asked me if i used a lot of sugar within my coffee and i said "yeah, why?". it turns out, these little bumps on my feet be called sugar bunions. What are they exactly? My mom have them and i thought they were genetic. I guess not!What are sugar bunions?

That is disgusting! you shouldn't even be sharing that information, gross... you just hold bunions and don't try to sugar coat it.
