What are some powerful ways/things to boost your heartiness?

I have things I inevitability to get done. I hold no problem getting them done - except I have NO vitality. I don't know whats wrong, because I admit, I haven't done anything to tire me out, but I can't return with a start on things I need to do because I'm purely, lifeless. Help?What are some powerful ways/things to boost your heartiness?
Try drinking a banana or two. Stay away from sugar it will pick you up quickly but after let you down really speedily. Try some carbs. A slice of bread with some peanut butter, A small bowl of cereal next to milk. There are the energy drinks but close to the sugars they will hype you up and then rationale you to crash.
I like Crystal Light's punch drink it is sugar free and does not cause the crash effect. near are other brands like these at your local grocery store.
move about to the store and buy lipo6. it works soo good. i go to vball practice the first day and i be tired so i tried it and the next hours of daylight i wasnt tired 1 bit...but it takes similar to 30mins before it starts to work
ussually earlier i go and play a sport i guzzle a few oranges. it gives you vitality fast and stays near you for a while. good luck!
